Modular gift cards designed as detachable objects, sharing the vertical proportions of the journal they accompany — Brotéria.
Each piece is composed of two interlocking shapes that the user can separate. But Brotéria is more than a journal. In 2020, it transformed into a cultural house — a living community in the center of Lisbon. The geometric forms of the cards draw inspiration from the architecture of its space. One half functions as the subscription invitation; the other becomes a permanent bookmark. The design centers on the physical act of sharing: a gift that is literally split between giver and receiver, leaving a tactile fragment with both.
