In 2024 I won the illustration phase of the Prémio de Literatura Infantil Pingo Doce, one of Portugal’s leading children’s literature awards, for Eu e o segredo do Faraó by Catarina Fonseca. The work was recognized for its graphic quality, expressiveness, and its humorous, thoughtful engagement with the story, combining geometric precision with expressive storytelling to create a sensitive and playful dialogue with the text.
